Matter Level does not grant permission for its artwork, photography, writing, publications, designs, products, website content, or other creative works to be scraped, reproduced, incorporated into datasets, or used to train, develop, evaluate, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or similar technologies without prior written consent.
Limited License
You may access and view content on this website for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, scrape, systematically extract, or otherwise exploit content from this website without prior written permission from Matter Level.
Products & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and imagery.
Because many Matter Level products are handmade, limited-edition, or produced in small batches, variations in color, texture, printing, binding, finish, craftsmanship, and other characteristics may occur. Such variations are inherent to handmade and small-batch production and are not considered defects unless the product is materially different from its description or otherwise defective under applicable law.
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and specifications may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue or limit products at any time.
Orders
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- Pricing or listing errors
- Inventory or fulfillment issues
- Shipping restrictions
- Excessive quantities intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased in connection with limited editions, special releases, or other products where doing so helps maintain fair availability.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may be calculated or displayed at checkout where available.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged orders, and lost packages are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Nothing in those policies or these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
